BizIgnition will build a profile of its current environmental impact in order to benchmark and improve future performance;

BizIgnition will be an efficient user of energy and water;

BizIgnition will reduce and minimise its waste by recycling and using a modern intense programme of waste management;

BizIgnition will promote the use of technology to reduce the need of business travel;

BizIgnition will encourage alternative means of transport for journeys to work such as cycling, car sharing and public transport;

BizIgnition will ensure environmental criteria are taken into account in the procurement and review of goods and services including Real Estate;

BizIgnition will increase staff awareness of how the firm is tackling the environmental effects of its activities including awareness and feedback sessions;

BizIgnition will work with its suppliers to ensure that they are properly managing any environmental impact associated with their businesses; and

BizIgnition will measure and constantly review its carbon footprint.

BizIgnition's commitment to the wider environment in which we live and work, includes our involvement with the Universal Service Solutions Environment Club, active participation in the Business in the Community programme and Local Wildlife Trusts.  Part of its strategy is to set targets that can be monitored and the results shared in order that the areas for improvement can be identified and responded to by all within the company, to ensure that BizIgnition is fully compliant and a leader in this drive to help the environment that we all share.
