How does BizIgnition work?

It works by giving businesses the opportunity to lower their overheads by increasing their buying power through free or pre-negotiated products and services and by increasing their customer base.

How will BizIgnition ensure the quality and reputation of its business partners?

Our feedback system, testimonials and our own surveys.

How do I know that BizIgnition will generate business for my company?

There are no guarantees, but as the BizIgnition community grows, so will the number of opportunities that present themselves.  Meanwhile it's worth remembering that as our costs are low you have little to lose but still have much to gain from our other broad array of benefits.

What do I get for my money?

Take a look at the BizIgnition Springboard and the range of products and services that come with registration and see how much value there is.

What kind of support can you provide to my business?

Over and above our products and related services, we can provide marketing support to assist your growth and development, plus networking opportunities, referrals and recommendations to both the public and other business users.

What if I already have a website, do I still need your FREE web page?

No, we are happy to provide a one page starter or link directly to your own site.

What discounts are available and from which partners?

A regular newsletter will keep you informed of any new offers or changes to existing offers from our affiliates.

What specific help can you provide me with winning business with larger companies?

When able, we will introduce SMEs to the larger corporates, who use outsourced services in support of their core business.

What if I have a complaint?

We have an experienced membership team who will address any concerns raised in this area.

If I take up the option of a free web-page, who will set it up?  I haven't a clue how to do that.

This will be done automatically for you with the information that you supply us.

Who supplies the business solutions you mention?

We use a panel of businesses and shared facilities which provide cost effective solutions and support to registered BizIgnition clients.  We also have a great number of established consultants who are ready to assist when called upon.

Who manages the bidding process for consultancy work?

There is no bidding process as such, we refer you to our consultants and they will talk to you in plain language, no fancy jargon just simple terms and support.  

When will I know if my registration application has been accepted?

Under normal circumstances your application will be processed within 24 hours.
